The bedroom was bright and immaculate. We had floor to ceiling windows, an iron and ironing board, and a kettle plus a clean bathroom. Marvellous location, it was close enough to both Albert Dock and Liverpool One, Liverpool One shopping area, and a shop nearby.

Generally, enjoyed this great accommodation with fine staff from the foreign receptionist who was lovely. The location offered was marvellous and fab next to of course the Baltic Fleet historic pub, town centre & Albert Dock, and all attractions in Liverpool. Also, it was just a short walk away from an Emigration gallery.

Everything was excellent and the view was pleasant. The restaurant was great for dinner, I tried excellent dishes. I really enjoyed that there were a wide range of facilities in the room such as: full-length windows, an iron and ironing board, and a hair dryer. The hotel had a very central location and it was a 4-6 minute walking distance from Albert Dock.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were not that friendly.
